Teachers, parents, friends, or chance acquaintances who saw a potential that we had not yet identified. These were the real ‘leaders’ in our lives. Leadership takes people on a journey where we are invited to look to our potential rather than our perfection and to walk the road of service and sacrifice instead of self-centred comfort.
