They enjoyed wonderful party food, some of which had been prepared and beautifully presented by BTec students from the College. This was followed by party games, Christmas karaoke and, to wind down, well-loved Christmas stories read by the children over mugs of steaming hot chocolate topped with whipped cream and marshmallows.
After testing Junior House’s new dorms overnight, the children enjoyed a special breakfast of pancakes and waffles cooked by short-order cook Mrs Hannah, and served by waitresses Matron Pat and Mrs Bailey. Thanks to Grazinia for pitching in to help with frantic pancake turning and washing up! Happy children; exhausted staff...Merry Christmas Year Six!
