St Martin's Ampleforth is the prep school for Ampleforth College.
We are a Benedictine, Catholic independent co-educational day and boarding school for children aged 11 to 13. Our main purpose is to ensure each child entrusted in our care leaves with a strong moral compass for life; a confident ability to share their ideas and learn from mistakes; an enjoyment in living in a boarding community where learning is at the heart of daily lives; an enthusiastic appetite for participation across the curriculum and an unaffected modesty of manner.
As you browse through this site, you will discover that St Martin's Ampleforth is more than just a school.
