This year's Special Olympics National Games will see 2,600 athletes descend on Sheffield for the largest disability multi-sport event in the country this year.
Among the competitors will be William Scrope, who has been training with us at the St Alban's Sports Centre since the age of two.
William, who has autism, is aiming for four gold medals in the swimming pool at Ponds Forge. He was recently featured on the local ITV news report - please click here to view.
We are all extremely proud of William and wish him all the very best in the upcoming Games.
