High-intensity interval training (HIIT) Tabata
Tabata training is high intensity interval training. It is 20 seconds of work and effort followed by a 10 second rest period. This can be continuously performed for 4-6 sets per exercise. This is a vigorous workout for 30 minutes with high levels of motivation.

Aqua aerobics is a water resistant activity that brings multiple benefits without the stress on joints and muscles. Our class is 30 minutes long and you can burn up to 200-300 calories. There isn't a lot of swimming involved the majority of the class is based in the Shallow End.
