Fitness Classes

We offer a diverse programme of fitness classes to suit all abilities, regardless of your goals or exercise background. The range of classes on offer allow you to add variety into your work out and our qualified instructors ensure the sessions are both engaging and motivating.

Fitness classes take place from Monday to Friday and the timetable can be found below.  

Participants are asked to arrive on time for sessions to ensure a full warm up can be completed.
